LCC SEND helpline

Getting the right information and support for children and young people with SEND can be frustrating for families, schools and support services. As requests for statutory assessment and numbers of EHC plans issued continue to increase, so does demand for information and support from LCC’s SEND Teams. In response, a SEND helpline has been set up with a view to improving communication with families and key partners.
